MCCC’s Testing Center is a quiet and secure place for prospective students, current students and the surrounding community to take a variety of tests. The center offers high-quality testing services in a pleasant, accommodating, accessible and technologically advanced environment. We are here to assist our users with reaching academic and professional success.
Testing is by appointment only.
The Testing Center is staffed with Support Specialists to provide students with assistance:
- navigating Brightspace and any other questions regarding Brightspace;
- connecting a device to the college Wi-fi; and
- password resets or other logging on issues in Brightspace, email or WebPal.
MCCC students completing online quizzes/tests or other assessment activities from home or other remote locations may be required to complete a room scan before the assessment activity. Students seeking an alternative to the pre-assessment room scan should contact MCCC Student Services at 734.384.4255 for more information regarding on-campus assessment options.
ACCUPLACER PLACEMENT TESTING
The ACCUPLACER is an untimed, computerized assessment test that helps to evaluate your skills in reading, writing and math and is used by MCCC’s counselors to assist new students in course selection.
